Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck or not sure how to move forward? Perhaps you're noticing difficult emotions, negative thoughts looping, feeling more anxious than before without knowing why, struggling with close relationships, or simply not able to feel at ease within yourself. I get it, this is tough but it doesn't have to consume your life. There's definately a way through this and with the right help you can get to a place of tranquility.
Therapy is a great way to help untangle all of this and allow you to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Whether it’s your first time seeking therapy or you've tried it before, my approach is unique — teamwork focused, proactive and forward thinking. On top of this, I really encourage people to be themselves in sessions with me, expressing what's on your mind without worrying about judgement.
Sometimes we just need someone to understand us and to be there for us, someone who will work for your best interest.
"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." – Ralph Waldo Emerson
I tell my clients the following about the benefits of therapy:
- If you're hard on yourself (and may of us are), you'll learn how to be more compassionate with yourself — this is key, as self-compassion is an essential ingredient for self-esteem!
- The chance to see things from a different perspective.
- Strenghening your relationships, especially the one with yourself — you'll learn about "you" more deeply and uncover your true self.
- Strategies on how to move forward in your own chosen direction.
- Developing the ability to choose how you want to act and think in any given situation — this is like coming out of the matrix of the world of reaction!
If you'd like to start a collaborative journey together just drop me an email and we can book you in — I respond to all emails within 24 hours. Or if you'd rather we have an informal chat to ask any questions you may have or to get a feel of how therapy works, please click the "Book Intro Call" icon above.
Seeking therapy is a brave act of prioritising yourself. If our paths don’t meet, I sincerely wish you success in finding the connection and support you need for your journey ahead.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
- Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
- Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
My most recent qualification, being the Level 4 diploma has given me the experience and know how to work with clients from all walks of life in a way which best aligns with their own unique personalities.
Other experience:
Previously I worked as a business analyst in the city which taught me how to bridge the gap between where you are right now and where you want to be. There are many ways to bridge this gap regardless of what it is you want help with. This knack of looking for solutions coupled with therapy skills results in an orientation that is centered on finding the most effective way to navigate challenges.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
