About me
Some struggles in life can shake your world, leaving you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the future. Whether you're grieving a loved one, navigating the end of a relationship, or struggling with a life transition, the emotions that come with loss—sadness, anger, guilt, or even relief—can be confusing and exhausting. At times, anxiety may creep in, making it hard to find balance or feel in control.
I’m here to help. As a counsellor specializing in loss and anxiety, I provide a compassionate, safe space where you can process your emotions, gain clarity, and develop tools to regulate your anxiety. Grief and change don’t come with a roadmap, but together, we can work through the challenges, helping you move forward at your own pace.
Anxiety often amplifies feelings of uncertainty, making everyday life feel overwhelming. I work with clients to understand the root of their anxiety and develop personalised strategies to bring a sense of calm and stability. Through evidence-based approaches, we’ll explore ways to build resilience, regain confidence, and create a path toward healing.
You don’t have to go through this alone. If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you. Reach out today, and let’s start this journey together.

My therapeutic approach:
I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, which means that I draw upon evidence based psychological approaches and methods, to tailor the best therapy around a person's needs and expectations. My approach is warm, compassionate and genuinely caring about the people I work with.
For example, I use elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to challenge negative thoughts and adjust behaviours that are detrimental in the day-to-day life, empowering you to find effective ways to cope with anxiety and become emotionally stronger. However, when you feel ready, we could also explore at a deeper level where those patterns are coming from, giving yourself permission to get in touch with your real self, in a safe non judgemental space.
I work in a flexible way, offering short and long term therapy, in person and online. In English and also in Italian.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Areas of counselling I deal with
Other areas of counselling I deal with
In my extra time I volunteer for the Mulberry Centre at West Middlesex Hospital, supporting cancer patients and their carers. I also volunteer one evening per week for an agency providing counselling to people with no income, as I believe that emotional support has to be accessible to everyone when needed.
