About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and offer one to one sessions either online or in person.

I support and treat a variety of difficulties, including but not limited to: stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, emetophobia, OCD, coping with long term medical health conditions, low-self esteem, and trauma using evidence based techniques.

I work in a very person-centred way and like to be guided by my clients and their goals. The essence of my work is to use my training and expertise to facilitate a safe and confidential environment, where you can identify your current barriers and challenges, and begin to overcome your difficulties with confidence.
