About me
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and offer one to one sessions either online or in person.
I support and treat a variety of difficulties, including but not limited to: stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, emetophobia, OCD, coping with long term medical health conditions, and low-self esteem, using evidence based techniques.
I work in a very person-centred way and like to be guided by my clients and their goals. The essence of my work is to use my training and expertise to facilitate a safe and confidential environment, where you can identify your current barriers and challenges, and begin to overcome your difficulties with confidence.

BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
