At the heart of my practice is a belief in the healing power of relational, empathic attunement, being truly seen, heard, and met in your experience. I am curious to know you. I hold a non-judgemental space for the therapy to unfold.
My approach is integrative and creative, grounded in the understanding that sometimes words aren't enough. I work with a range of artistic modalities: bodywork, visual arts, clay and sculpture, photography, and music, to help you connect more deeply with yourself and your story.
I offer specialised experience in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I’m also a member of the Gendered Intelligence Network and have experience supporting individuals who are exploring gender identity and expression. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and rooted in respect for the unique path of each person.

Training, qualifications & experience
With 5 years of experience, I have spent 4 years working with migrant communities, with groups and individuals. For two years, I have been running my own private practice. I also have experience of working in specialised groups for people who have OCD and Phobias.
I work with trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety. These may have come up due to relationships, abus,e or specific traumatic events. We can work together to discover the things that you would like to work on and co-create a treatment plan. Most of my clients can see changes start to happen in their lives after the first few months of therapy.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

I specialise in working with PTSD, Trauma and childhood abuse. I am interested in neurodiversity and have a lot of experience working with people who are autistic or have ADHD, and other various non-neurotypical traits.
As a registered therapist at the gendered intelligence network, I work with gender questioning, non-conforming clients with a strong focus on gender dysphoria.
