About us
We are conveniently situated in Glasgow City Centre, in our freshly decorated peaceful premises. We have a number of therapists available in our centre who specialise if a range of issues and also speak diverse languages.
Our primary modality is CBT where we help you understand the relationship between your thought, feelings and behaviours and help you apply this knowledge towards living a fuller, more meaningful life.
Training, qualifications & experience
All our therapists are trained to post graduate level and most have many years experience, though some may be just starting out on their journey as a therapist, which will be reflected in the fees.
As we are a proud training centre we also can offer therapy with our students who are highly supervised throughout.

COSCA Counsellor Accreditation is a pathway to entry onto the UKRC.

Fees are generally £70 per session. however we can offer a student where there is a small charge to cover admin and use of the rooms (£20)
