About me
My role is to help you find solutions and ways of dealing with the situations that matter to you and that are impacting your life daily. Therapy is a process and can lead to real changes and deep lasting transformations for you.
I am an integrative therapist which means I use lots of different methods to support you in achieving your goals. I have experience in helping people who have faced difficulties including, low self-worth/self-esteem, anxiety, loss, trauma, stress, lack of trust, grief, anger, relationship issues and conflict, depression, but this list is not exhaustive.
I offer you a safe and supportive environment which enables us to explore your difficulties. We work together at your pace, finding the best way forward for you. I can assure you a confidential and empathic service, free from judgement so that we can explore what is happening and help you work towards your growth and change.
As a member of the National Counselling Society, I abide by the professional standards set out in the NCS Ethical Framework for Counsellors and Psychotherapists and can provide both short-term and long-term counselling to individuals including evening and weekend appointments.
