About me

I am a certified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and a Relationship and Sex therapist. I provide a safe, confidential space for you to talk through your feelings and emotions and to help you live a more fulfilling and happy life.

I am experienced in working with people who have various psychological and emotional problems ranging from anxiety, depression, relationship problems, sexual problems,  work related problems, anger, sadness, abuse and addictions, and other issues.

Perhaps you have suffered a trauma or you tend to assume a worst case outcome in many of your activities? or you feel disconnected from pleasure and nothing makes sense.

Therapy can help you to find a safe and supportive way to build your self awareness and learn to recognise, understand and deal with these intense feelings.

I am a qualified relationship and sexual therapist training at the Tavistock relationships. Individuals and couples may want help for a variety of reasons, including a breakdown in communication, constant arguments and misunderstandings, loss of desire and other sexual problems. The sexual problems can cover a host of areas, from sex or pornography addiction to sex avoidance, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or low sexual desire. My work with you, whether individually or as a couple, can help you think about and work through difficult issues.

I can help you to address these issues in a sensitive, empathetic and confidential setting.

I offer a free initial 20 minute telephone call and briefly we will have the chance to meet and discuss why you are seeking help, and I can tell you more about how I work. We can  agree on a time to have a first full 50 minute consultation, where we will begin to talk in more detail about what you want to achieve and how therapy will work going forward.

I can offer sessions both in person near Harley Street and online. Our sessions will run for 50 minutes, once per week. The sessions will be scheduled for a set time and day each week as the therapy will work best in a consistent structure.

Please email me to arrange a suitable time for an initial consultation.

British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC)

The British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) is a professional association, representing the profession of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.

The organisation is itself made up of fourteen member organisations and BPC accredits the trainings of its member organisations. An individual who qualifies from one of these trainings is then eligible for entry into the BPC's register.
