Training, qualifications & experience

I have been in practice for over 25 years and have practising privileges at several Priory Hospitals in the South East. I developed and now lead the DBT Programme at the Priory Hospital North London. I started my career in addiction treatment and then went on to study Psychotherapy at Masters level with further trainings in CBT and DBT. I completed a post graduate diploma in clinical supervision in 2017. I love nature and I am a keen skier, scuba diver and student pilot. UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

DBT Group Programme is a 37 week intensive Dialectical Behaviour Programme that we facilitate Online and in person.

The program contains the 4 core modules of DBT: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Emotional Regulation.
