About me
Welcome to Calm Counselling Services. My name is Cleo and I am a fully qualified, registered and accredited member of The National Counselling Society. I work with individuals and couples.
At the heart of therapy is building a strong and positive working alliance between the client and counsellor; I offer a safe, non-judgemental space that aims to help facilitate you on your therapeutic journey. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Therapy is a time and a space to be heard, to build awareness and provide clarity. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your needs, and how you can be supported to reach your goals.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with a client-centred approach using different therapeutic models tailored to your specific needs. I will support you in finding new ways of looking at your concerns and experiences, expressing your emotions, and identifying patterns and behaviours with curiosity and openness; looking at the conscious and the unconscious.
It is incredibly important to find the 'right' counsellor for you. For this reason, I provide a free Initial Consultation which allows us to explore some of the reasons for bringing you to therapy, as well as a chance to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process.
