About me

Welcome to Calm Counselling Services. My name is Cleo and I am a fully qualified, registered and accredited member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I work with individuals, couples and families.

At the heart of therapy is building a strong and positive working alliance between the client and counsellor; I offer a safe, non-judgemental space that aims to help facilitate you on your therapeutic journey. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Therapy is a time and a space to be heard, to build awareness and provide clarity. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your needs, and how you can be supported to reach your goals.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with a client-centred approach using different therapeutic models tailored to your specific needs. As an Integrative Counsellor, I provide a client-centred approach, drawing on various therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. My passion and primary areas of expertise lies within couple and family counselling.

It is incredibly important to find the 'right' counsellor for you. For this reason, upon request, I do offer a 30 minute Initial Consultation. Details can be found on my website.
