About me

Are you noticing challenges in your relationships, or navigating a period with lots of change? Maybe you’re finding it hard to make sense of things that have happened in the past, or that struggling with your mental health is making each day difficult? Perhaps you're experiencing anxiety or depression and feeling stuck, and like you're not sure where to turn?

It can take a lot of courage to take the first step to access counselling, and it can be tough to find the right counsellor. But once you have, counselling can give you the space, support and guidance to explore and better understand yourself; offer insight to help you manage in the here-and-now; as well as make sense of how your past affects your present.

I am a UKCP (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy) Accredited Integrative Counsellor which means that I draw on various theories and approaches to best help each client. I work with clients aged 18 and over, both face to face in a comfortable room near Norwich city centre, and online with clients across the UK – enabling you to access counselling from wherever you feel most at ease.

I believe in the importance of relationships, and this is at the core of my approach: whether that’s thinking about how you relate with yourself, others or even within our shared relationship.

I offer flexibility in my practice, giving you the option to use creative materials within our work and can offer both short term and open-ended sessions – tailoring the number of sessions to your needs.

If you would like to find out more, or arrange an initial session to see if we’re the right fit, drop me an email.

**I respond to every enquiry, so if you haven't heard back from me, please check your junk/spam folder.**

Training, qualifications & experience

  • BSc (Hons) Integrative Counselling
  • Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling
  • Certificate in Counselling Skills
  • Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England)

My work experience has been diverse, working across various frontline mental health services in Norfolk for 5 years prior to my counselling training. This included working in an NHS service and in local mental health charities. Following this, I worked both as a counsellor in a local counselling service, and with young adults in a specialised organisation.
