Beata Deacon UKCP MBACP
In sessions we work together to build on insight and understanding into what is underlying the challenges that bring you to therapy. We look at what is causing you difficulty and how it is impacting on your life and well-being. We may explore implementing alternative ways of being that are more in tune with your truth and who you are in your nature.
I like to work combining mind, body and spirit by bringing together mindfulness, inquiry into experience of felt sense and use of imagery when appropriate to facilitate a more wholesome holding. We attend to what emerges in the present moment, paying attention to the immediate experience and the dynamic of therapeutic relationship.
You may find that having someone unbiased to talk to about your experience helps to make sense of it. It also aids to uncover and piece together aspects of your ways of being that form a bigger picture and impact on various areas of your personal and professional life.
My approach is individually tailored to help you expand and grow in self-awareness, build on inner strength and utilise your own unique resources with the view to promote greater sense of inner freedom and psychological growth.
