About me

I'm a dedicated and compassionate psychodynamic therapist committed to helping individuals like you navigate the complexities of their inner world and achieve lasting personal growth.

By embarking on this therapeutic journey with me, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and past experiences freely. Together, we will delve into the underlying causes of your challenges and work towards understanding the patterns that may hold you back.

Through psychodynamic therapy, you will better understand yourself, your relationships, and the unconscious factors influencing your thoughts and behaviours. This newfound self-awareness will empower you to make conscious choices, break free from repetitive patterns, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. You will acquire the tools and insights to navigate life's challenges with resilience and authenticity.

Whether it's your relationships, self-esteem, or overall well-being, walking collaboratively, we can significantly enhance various aspects of your life. Addressing unresolved conflicts, childhood experiences, and unconscious dynamics, you will experience improved emotional regulation, enhanced communication skills, and greater self-acceptance.

I am here to support you on your unique journey towards self-discovery and healing. Together, we will unlock your inner potential and create lasting positive changes. Schedule a session with me to take the first step towards getting to know yourself.

I look forward to accompanying you on this transformative path.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed extensive training in psychodynamic therapy and have a Diploma Level 5 in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with many emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, struggles with identity and many more. I am committed to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care and strive to create a welcoming and affirming environment for all my patients.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
