About me

I am a CBT/REBT Accredited Psychotherapist and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) Practitioner. I am also a Lead Mental Health Practitioner working in secondary schools and work with both adults and adolescents in my private practice based in Eastbourne. I have been working in the field of psychotherapy for over 7 years and am able to support clients through the process of reaching their emotional goals.

CBT/REBT is an evidenced based talking therapy that helps uncover deep rooted unhealthy belief systems that drive behaviours, thoughts and uncomfortable feelings or emotions. I use EMDR to process stuck trauma & Integrative Counselling skills so therapy becomes meaningful, fulfilling and lends itself to long lasting change.

Becoming a therapist has been a natural progression resulting from the connections I make with people. Being human is tough and connecting with other humans in a meaningful way is a privilege. My approach is to develop and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport enabling you to reach your goals. I will support you in becoming your own therapist.
