About me

I am a CBT/REBT Accredited Psychotherapist and Integrative Counsellor. I am also a Lead Mental Health Practitioner working in secondary schools and work with both adults and adolescents in my private practice based in Eastbourne. I have been working in the field of psychotherapy for over 5 years and am able to support clients through the process of reaching their emotional goals.

CBT/REBT is an evidenced based talking therapy that helps uncover deep rooted unhealthy belief systems that drive behaviours, thoughts and uncomfortable feelings or emotions. Using Integrative Counselling Skills alongside CBT/REBT, therapy becomes meaningful, fulfilling and lends itself to long lasting change.

My approach is to develop and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport which will enable you to reach goals in a realistic and manageable way. I will support you in becoming your own therapist.
