Alex Papadakis

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist registered with the BPC. I work both privately and in the NHS, where I have extensive experience seeing a broad range of psychotherapy patients. I have worked with issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse and personality disorders. I am also registered with Aviva insurance. 

If you are finding repeated difficulties in your relationships or are struggling with depression, anxiety, instability, addictions or a lack of meaning and purpose then psychotherapy could be of real value. Psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to explore who we are and what we want from life and process your past experiences whilst helping to understand how these experiences are affecting you in the present.

I am seeing clients for weekly sessions at a convenient consulting room next to Harrow on the Hill train station. I primarily work in person but also offer online sessions.

I have been informed by contemporary, developmental and Jungian approaches to depth psychology as well as the tradition of Psychoanalytic theory. This has given me a keen psychological understanding, a respect for the individual and a rich, broad base of knowledge and experience from which to work and engage a range of clients.
