About me
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself or others? Perhaps you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction or relationship difficulties. These challenges can feel isolating but psychotherapy offers a unique space to explore your inner world in a way that everyday life rarely allows. It's a reflective and confidential space where real, lasting change can happen.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). I work both privately and in the NHS, where I have extensive experience working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. I also accept clients through Aviva insurance.
In our work together, we can explore how past experiences may be shaping your present difficulties. Psychotherapy is not just about managing symptoms- it's about making sense of your emotional life, understanding patterns and finding new ways to relate to yourself and others.
My approach is informed by psychodynamic, Jungian and developmental persepctives. These frameworks allow for a deep, respectful understanding of each persons's unique emotional landscape and history. My training at the Society of Analyticl Psychology (SAP) in London has equipped me with a solid foundation in psychoanlaytic theory and clinical practice.
What I offer:
- Weekly one-to-one psychotherapy sessions
- A thoughtful, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship
- A consulting room near Finchley road/Swiss Cottage/Belsize Park
- In-person or online sessions, depending on your needs
Next Steps:
If you're curious about how psychotherapy could help, I offer an initial consultation where we can explore what's brought you here and whether I'm the right therapist for you. Feel free to get in touch via email or the contact form to arrange a time to talk.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
