About me
My name is Aimee and I am a qualified CBT therapist specialising in REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy).
I am passionate about offering a service which is completely tailored to you. We are all so uniquely different and because of that there is not a one size fits all when it comes to therapy. I am trained in CBT so although this approach will form the foundation of our sessions, we may also integrate other types of psychotherapy depending on your needs.
You may be feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or stressed at work. You may going through a significant life change or you may be feeling stuck, generally unhappy and don't know how to move forward. Whatever the reason, and whether this is a recent problem or something you have been struggling with for a while, I can work with you to make sense of what you are experiencing and help you get clarity on what needs to change.
I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental, and collaborative space to explore and work on your current problems. Step by step, we will work towards your goals and hopefully, you can walk away feeling more in control, and with useful tools and techniques to support you moving forward. Please do email me if you would like to book in for a free 15 minute consultation.
