I am an accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years experience and combine down to earth clinical experience with a spiritual perspective. My approach holds space for both personal history and unrecognized potential for people looking to understand their difficulties and find a deeper meaning in their life and new possibilities. Exploring what brings you to therapy can involve getting in touch with and understanding feelings, thoughts, beliefs and experiences; some of which may not be held in consciousness. I offer many ways of exploring, some of which are through dreams or using the imagination and creative art, which I see as an invitation towards self-understanding and balance. The nature of counselling and therapy is an intimate one; it is also a courageous one and I see the relationship that develops between us as a valuable part of the process.
I also offer clinical supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists and trainees, individuals and groups.
Please note that at the London location I only offer supervision.
