About me

Hello, I have been a Gestalt therapist for 35 years and work holistically connecting peoples thoughts and emotions and making sense out of any difficulties and confusions. I provide a safe space for people to speak about their depression, anxieties or losses. Gestalt therapy looks for the patterns that underlie stuck behaviours and opens up new choices and ways of doing and being.
I am a trained energy healer In the Barbara Brennan method which is helpful for trauma and pre verbal issues, creating a safe secure base within yourself allowing you to be better resourced to deal with life.

I do 6 - 8 session work.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained in Gestalt Therapy in the mid 80s in Edinburgh and became accredited with COSCA in 1995.
I joined GPTI (Gestalt PsychotherapyTraining Institute) as a trainer and supervisor in 1999
I am experienced in both solution-focused brief therapy and long-term therapy.
I have worked as a counsellor in GP practices in Scotland and a staff counsellor at the City of Edinburgh Council and the University of Edinburgh.
Since moving to Wiltshire I have developed a holistic practice working with body mind spirit.
