I am a qualified Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I see myself as being warm, caring and passionate about life and what it has to offer along with its challenges.
I am currently undertaking a MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy which enables me to offer cognitive behavioural therapy and/or to use some of these techniques within counselling.
As a counsellor I support individuals to develop and grow whilst providing them with a safe and confidential environment in which they can explore presenting issues.
