I am a fully qualified therapist and counsellor based in Heaton Moor and Manchester city centre. I offer daytime and evening appointments in a safe and professional setting.
I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, sexuality, self-esteem, confidence, loneliness, relationship problems, stress and search for meaning in life. I believe effective therapy is grounded in good technique, creativity, warmth, compassion, honesty and understanding.
You may have a specific problem you want to address in counselling or you may be less sure of what you need but just know you need to talk.
I offer an initial consultation period of 30 minutes free of charge and without commitment. This is an opportunity for you to tell me what you are looking for and for both of us to make an initial assessment as to whether we think we can work together. If it seems that you would work more effectively with another therapist I will be happy to make a referral.

I am a fully qualified Transactional Analyst.
M.Sc. in Integrative Psychotherapy.
Fully registered and accredited by the UKCP.
Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
BA. CTA. PGDip.
I have been working professionally as a therapist since 2005.
