Rebecca Jarvis-Hilton Reg MBacp
Hello. I offer one to one and couples counselling for professional support during difficult times in life or with ongoing internal difficulties you wish to resolve.
I can offer you a down to earth, experienced counsellor in a safe and confidential environment allowing you to comfortably and confidentially explore your feelings and emotions.
My experience covers a wide range of issues (see below) brought to me over my time in practice, so there are very few areas I don’t have experience in supporting you with.
My role is to support you in counselling through my training and commitment to the Bacp guidelines and my aim is to help you on your own unique journey.
Visit my website and blog for more information.

Other areas of counselling I deal with
I have undertaken extensive research and have experience working with historical child sexual abuse, both with male and females and can offer the time and commitment required to support clients thought this often complicated and distressing journey.
Other areas of extensive experience include, health trauma, historical ongoing family issues, anxiety and depression, relationship issues, low self confidence and esteem and bereavement.
I have a keen interest in attachment issues, along side emotional development stages of childhood and the effect these have in adulthood. I’ve found that many clients feel their problems stem from their experiences in early life and as adults battle to change their learned behaviour through loyalty, duty and expectations.
