I am an integrative registered Counsellor / Psychotherapist working in London.
Is life becoming more problematic?
Struggling to manage or understand your feelings?
My experience of working for over many years as a Integrative humanistic registered psychotherapist leads me to recognise the ability of each individual to heal.
In my practice I provide a confidential safe environment to reflect and promote wellbeing.
I have been working for over twenty years with people facing issues such as: Emotional trauma, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, bereavement, addiction, relationship issues, sexuality, and anger management amongst others. I specialise in working with individuals struggling with addiction. I am also trained to work with survivors of violence, trauma, abuse and experiences connected to post-traumatic stress disorder. My experience is reflected in my acceptance of all physical, sexual and cultural differences.
I run a private practice in Central London were I adapt my therapeutic integrative approach according to client needs. I work for the Core Trust (WDP) in a Substance Recovery Programme as an individual Psychotherapist and group facilitator. Again I have worked long term as a trauma specialist therapist for Women & Girls Network at their West London Rape Crisis Centre.
