About me

I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor offering a holistic approach supporting clients on a very individual basis.

I can offer you an empathic, non-judgemental service in a safe environment where we can work together allowing you to talk and express yourself freely. I can use a variety of tools if needed from: talking, writing, drawing, painting, dream work and body work.

The approaches I use are: Person Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt, Brief Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I offer my services to children, young people and adults individually, as couples or families.

I offer brief therapy (6 sessions), medium term therapy (10-20 sessions) and long term therapy.

Appointments can be made Monday to Sunday daytime and evenings to fit around your work schedule.

Home visits can be arranged for housebound clients.
Sessions are held in Whitehaven, Cleator Moor and Workington.
