I specialise in many aspects of Counselling including Couple and Relationship Counselling. I provide a calm, safe and confidential space in order for you to relax and focus your thoughts. Together we will explore your issues in a non judgmental and accepting way. We will develop day to day coping mechanisms for you to use while we work on your issues.
I am client led which means we go where you want to and I use an Eclectic approach which can include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural), Person Centred or Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
I also offer effective therapies for all aspects of Anger Management, Anxiety, Physical, Mental and Sexual Abuse, Post-traumatic stress, Sexual Issues, Low Self Esteem, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues and Dementia.

Dip counselling 2005; Dip Counselling level 4, 2009; PGCE (Teaching Degree), 2009; Mental Health First Trainer 2009; Dip level 4 CBT, 2010. Relationships & Counselling Diploma, Counselling Children & Adolecents Diploma 2014, Grief & Bereavement Diploma 2014, Certificate in Clinical Supervision, NLP Practitioner and Coach.
I am an Accredited MBACP, UKRCP Reg. Ind. Counsellor/Psychotherapist, Registered Trauma Specialist, MHFA trainer, Reiki and NLP Coach/Practitioner and Prince 2 Project Manager Enhanced CRB.
I am able to provide training and CPD workshops and courses including Solution Focused Therapies; Stress Awareness, Time Management; CBT; Assertiveness; Anger Management; Negotiation & Communication, Community Development, NLP and tailor sessions to suit the individual or organisation as required.
