I have worked within the emergency services for over 3 decades and have been involved in psychology & counselling for over 20 years.
I use an integrated approach to therapy including person-centred,CBT NLP, & EMDR for trauma. As well as being a counsellor/therapist I am a specialist practitioner in Occupational Health & have a special interest in organisational stress.
