Counsellor Profile

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Integrative Counsellor also using Applied Kinesiology, EFT and Reflexology in my practice in Farnham where I receive referrals from local GPs and dentists. My interest lies in the connection between mind and body i.e. if one part is unwell then there will be a knock-on effect on the other - therefore I treat the 'whole' person. Each session with a client is tailor-made for their own needs in a comfortable, safe and confidential surrounding.

I am an integrative counsellor using all models depending on the issues raised by the client. TA, psychodynamic and person centred are used most frequently. I specialise in relationship and bereavement issues.

Within hypnosis I cover panic attacks/phobias, weight issues, smoking cessation, pain management, nail biting, confidence, relationships, sexual issues, sleep problems etc.
