Profile
Life can be difficult, lonely and bewildering and relationships often complicated. You may be struggling personally, professionally, or both, feeling empty, out of control, angry or frustrated, even that life is not worth living. Whatever it is, you know you want change.
You may be extremely independent and find it hard to ask for help but you don't have to struggle alone! Talking to someone confidentially can help. Someone who is not part of your family, a friend or partner. Someone who is able to listen to you, see your life as a whole, and understand how you got to where you are today. You may be looking for someone to help you in a time of crisis or when dealing with testing experiences, such as bereavement, divorce, addiction, even mid-life and menopausal turmoil. Couples in particular can benefit from having someone to help them communicate honestly and openly. You may need someone to support you to work things out, heal damaged relationships, make changes, and move towards something you truly want, or dream of being.
Perhaps I could be that someone?
The therapeutic process can help you understand yourself better, communicate better, and sometimes help you change direction, if that is what you want. It can change your life and open up the way for you to experience greater fulfillment and joy.
Whatever you can do, or believe you can,
Begin it,
Boldness has genius, magic and power in it.
Begin it now.
