Free 1st appt. My private, peaceful practice offers a warm, professional & confidential space where clients feel safe to fully explore their feelings & emotions that are causing concerns. If you are facing a difficulty; troubled; distressed; disatisfied with life or without focus, the space within counselling will allow you to explore your thoughts & how you are responding to your experience at this difficult time. It is free from judgement & will positively help you gain a greater awareness, make sense, identify or better accept things that may be preventing you from moving forward effectively to lead a full and satisfying life. It will also help you to make any changes by exploring the difficulties that stand in your way hence giving you some control over your life.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist & Hypnotherapist. My wealth of personal and professional experience adds to my real understanding of life's challenges. My core theoretical base is person-centred but I integrate other theories and models into my way of working to meet the individual needs of my clients, offering a therapeutic style that suites them best.

I work with clients who present with many & varied range of issues & firmly believe, with professional help, clients will find resources within themselves to find clarity & peace, and an understanding that they have never felt before. This will help lead you to make healthy positive decisions for yourself.

I am dedicated to the work I do & am committed in supporting clients achieve what they truly want & deserve.

As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy I am guided by its ethical framework for good practice in counselling & psychotherapy. I am certificated by the National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy.

Leigh is a small town close to the A580 East Lancs Road. Central to Bolton, Wigan, Manchester & Warrington. My private practice is 2 mins. from the town centre in a quiet cul-de-sac just off St Helens Road. Parking is ample. Confidentiality is guaranteed & absolute.
