Welcome, I'm Zoe. Understanding you and your experiences is an important part of my therapeutic approach. I'm here to listen and offer a warm, empathic, compassionate, non-judgmental, safe space for you.

Maybe you are feeling sad, anxious, overwhelmed, and your mind is occupied with worries and unhelpful thoughts. Collaboratively, we can discover the patterns that maybe maintaining your difficulties, and support you to move towards improving your emotional well-being and achieving personal growth.

I offer therapy to people who experience a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, to meet your individual needs. Supporting you to gain insights into the difficulties that are impacting you and develop skills and strategies to enhance emotional well-being. I have expertise in working with Anxiety, Worry, Stress, Health Anxiety, Panic, Depression, and Low Self-esteem.


I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), with a background in psychology. I have worked in both the NHS and private sector as a Therapist. I provide individual psychological therapy tailored to meet your needs. I have face-to-face sessions available on Fridays.
