Welcome, I'm Zoe. Understanding you and your experiences is an important part of my therapeutic approach. I'm here to listen and offer a warm, empathic, compassionate, non-judgmental, safe space for you.
Perhaps there is something specific you would like to explore in therapy, or you could be trying to make sense of what is causing you to feel the way you do. Maybe you are feeling sad, anxious, overwhelmed, and your mind is occupied with worries and unhelpful thoughts. Collaboratively, we can discover the patterns that maybe maintaining your difficulties, and support you to move towards improving your emotional well-being and achieving personal growth.
I offer therapy to people who experience a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, to meet your individual needs. Supporting you to gain insights into the difficulties that are impacting you and develop skills and strategies to enhance emotional well-being. I have expertise in working with Anxiety, Worry, Stress, Health Anxiety, Panic, Depression, OCD and Low Self-esteem.
I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT), with a background in psychology. I have worked in both the NHS and private sector as a Therapist. I provide individual psychological therapy tailored to meet your needs. Currently online/remotely only. Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
