About me
Taking the first steps to seeking therapy can be difficult, and selecting a counsellor who is the right fit for you, can take time. I have experience working with a range of difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement. In our sessions I will use an integrative and a holistic approach to suit your individual and unique needs. My main aim is to create a warm and safe therapeutic connection in a safe space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement. I know how important it is to find the right counsellor through personal experience, which has given me a deeper understanding of the importance of the client, counsellor connection.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and use different modalities to suit each client I work with. I worked in an education setting for over 20 years supporting children and their families, I later moved on to set up my own private practice where I work as an online counsellor.
I have experience in working with loss, bereavement, grief, impact of ill health, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and menopause.
