About me

Availability - accepting clients

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor offering in-person sessions.

I work with varying conditions including anxiety, depression, social anxiety, relationship issues, addiction/dependency, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem and trauma.

I offer a non-judgemental, accepting space in which to explore your situation and what is happening for you.  Whether your experiencing originates from a past event or is rooted in the present, person-centred counselling works to help alleviate the effects you are experiencing and how they are affecting your life.

Talking through our problems helps us to break free of their capture, and allows us to move forward with a greater sense of hope for the future.

Exploring our feelings and how these events have affected us can help to improve our self-worth, self-esteem and self-compassion.  As we feel better about ourselves we are able to experience improved relationships and make more positive life choices.

I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction/dependency, relationship issues, low self-esteem, low self-worth and eating/weight issues.

If you would feel that you would like help with what is happening for you then please feel free to give me a call/email me to have a chat and see if we can work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a First class honours degree in person-centred counselling.  I also trained in placement with MIND Norwich. I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem/self acceptance issues, addiction/dependency and many other sources of psychological distress.

I work in private practice, helping people to talk through, understand and move forward from their problems.  Encouraging, self-worth, self-acceptance and a sense of agency.

I have attended counselling myself at difficult periods throughout my life and understand the courage it takes to reach out for help.  I also have the unique perspective of understanding life challenges and how these can affect us.

Further information

If you feel that counselling is right for you then I will offer you an appointment, usually within the next 7-10 days.

After your initial session you may then wish to think about how often you would like to attend counselling, i.e weekly or fortnightly.

Counselling is an individual experience.  There are no judgements, or the "wrong this to say".

I am here to offer an accepting, non-judgemental, compassionate space in which you are free to explore your issues, past or present, with the hope that we can free you of the affects these are having on you, your life and your relationships.

If you feel that you would like to have an initial chat with me to see if we could work together, please call me on the numbers listed on this site, or alternatively email me at info@infinitytherapy.co.uk.  I also have additional information about my work on my website at infinitytherapy.co.uk.

I look forward to speaking with you.
