I am a qualified person-centred counsellor. I also volunteer one day a week with MIND, Norwich.
I offer a non-judgemental, accepting space in which to explore your situation and what is happening for you. Whether your experiencing originates from a past event or is rooted in the present, person-centred counselling works to help alleviate the effects you are experiencing and how they are affecting your life.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction/dependency, eating/weight issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem and low self-worth.
In-person, online and telephone appointments available. Evening appointments also available.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked as a volunteer in placement with MIND throughout the pandemic. I have completed an undergradute degree in person-centred counselling and will be completing my BA(Hons) this coming September.
I have attended counselling myself at difficult periods throughout my life and understand the courage it takes to reach out for help.

Concessions offered for
I offer in person appointments in my private therapy rooms. Evening appointments also available up to 8pm at £35 per hour.
I also offer online/telephone sessions at £30 per hour. Flexible evening appointments available.
I aim to be flexible and am able to offer out of hours appointments. Please contact me to make an enquiry.
I have two therapy rooms, one based in Gorleston High Street and a second at my home. I am flexible as to appointment times and will try to accommodate your schedule.
I offer an initial free 30 minute telephone consultation in which we are able to get to know each other and you are able to ask any questions you may have about coming to counselling. If you feel that counselling is right for you then I will offer you an appointment, usually within the next 7 days.
After your initial session you may then wish to think about how often you would like to attend counselling, i.e weekly or fortnightly.
Counselling is for you and the time is yours to bring whatever you need to on the day. There are no judgements or the "wrong this to say".
I am here to offer an accepting, non-judgemental, compassionate space in which you are free to explore your issues, past or present, with the hope that we can free you of the effects these are having on you, your life and your relationships.
If you feel that you would like to have an initial chat with me to see if we could work together, please call me on the numbers listed on this site, or alternatively email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I also have additional information about my work on my website at infinitytherapy.co.uk.
I look forward to speaking with you.
