Additional information

Individual sessions provide an opportunity to meet regularly, usually weekly, on the same day and time for a 50-minute session in my consulting room in SW15 London, close to Putney Station. I also offer online sessions at the same fee. Psychotherapy involves commitment, of time, energy and money. Before we make this commitment it is important to meet for an assessment session. During this session you will get a chance to get a sense of whether you wish to go further, and I can explore with you what you are struggling with and what kind of changes you are hoping for. We can discuss whether to engage in a short-term or long-term journey of psychotherapy. We can also explore whether to work in a one to one, couples, or group psychotherapy.

Assessment session: £90 Sessions for individuals: £90 (50 mins) Sessions for couples: £120 (50mins) / £180 (80 minutes) Limited concession slots are available for those in need.
