About me
Hi, I think we all go through things in life that shape us and affect us in some way. Some of those things are very positive for us and some not so much. We can often feel stuck in a particular place or a pattern of thinking or behaviour perhaps. We know it doesn't feel right but we seem unable to do anything about it.
This is where therapy can help.
Where we can sit and talk and work out ways of making you unstuck and get you moving again. Usually, people are not stuck, they are simply using an old approach that doesn't fit anymore. It's applying an old formula to a new part of your life. They just don't go together.
I'm a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and coach. I also have many years of experience working in Learning & Development. I have a particular interest in men's mental health, as we never talk about stuff do we fellas?
