Hi there,
With over 20 years of experience in helping people learn and grow, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and coach. My background in Learning & Development has given me valuable insights into human behavior, motivation, and the challenges people face in their personal and professional lives. I'm passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and transformation. I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Integrative and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Level 7 Coaching qualification. I'm also an Associate Practitioner in the Heartstyles Behavioral Assessment tool.
