About me
I offer one-to-one counselling for women across the UK, specialising in relationship therapy. In addition to relationship support, I also provide therapy for stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, confidence, and mental health challenges. Counselling with me offers a safe and confidential space to explore whatever is on your mind, at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out, whatever is on your mind is worth exploring. In our sessions, I use a blend of flexible approaches tailored to your individual needs.
My role is not to tell you what to do but to walk alongside you, supporting you to make sense of the emotions and thoughts that may be holding you back, and empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life, while also working on addressing what’s happening right now.
There’s no rush or pressure to follow a set path, it’s all about your unique journey, whether you’re looking to make small adjustments or work through deeper, more complex challenges. I know from personal experience how challenging it can feel to make sense of everything.
Navigating relationships hasn’t always been easy for me. I deeply understand the pain of feeling disconnected, emotionally distant, and unable to communicate your needs. In our work together, we’ll explore how your emotions, past experiences, and internal beliefs shape your relationships today. Whether it’s feeling misunderstood, dealing with stress or relationship anxiety, or finding it hard to connect with those around you, we will work to uncover the root causes of these challenges. By getting to know yourself better, you’ll gain clarity about the emotional patterns that affect your relationships, and we can start making changes to create healthier connections.
I understand what it’s like to seek therapy. I’ve been through my own journey of personal development, continuing with my own therapy, and I know how intimidating it can feel to share your life experiences with a stranger. You’re not alone in this, I know that reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
