Relationship Anxiety & Social Anxiety Therapy For Women
Colliers Wood SW19 & Tooting CR4

About me

Welcome to a space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported. Here, you are invited to show up exactly as you are, without pressure or expectation. This is a calm, supportive space for women who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted, a place where you can feel heard, understood, and gently supported.

I offer relationship anxiety & social anxiety therapy for women across the UK who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, worry, and emotional ups and downs in their relationships. I support women aged 18 and over who are also experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, and bereavement, grief & loss. These difficulties can build over time and affect how you think, feel, and connect with others. Many women I work with feel unheard, unseen, overwhelmed, or caught in cycles that feel difficult to break.

As a therapist, my role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in understanding your thoughts, feelings, and the patterns that may be affecting your relationships and social experiences. Together, we may explore how past experiences influence the way you relate to yourself and others, while also focusing on practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally secure in the present. Therapy is a space where you can reflect, process, and move towards meaningful change at your own pace.

My own journey into therapy began when I experienced periods of feeling disconnected from myself and struggled to make sense of earlier life experiences and family dynamics. Through my own therapy and professional training, I developed a deeper understanding of how these patterns form, and the importance of being met with empathy, care, and consistency.

This continues to shape the way I work today and my commitment to supporting clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and self-connection.

Let's talk:
I offer a grounded, supportive space for women across the UK. I offer face-to-face sessions in Colliers Wood, Tooting, and Mitcham, or we could connect online.
Come as you are. I look forward to meeting you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
