About me

🚗 Free driveway parking is available for clients.
🚶‍♀️ Easily accessible by public transport, Toilet facilities available

I provide therapy for adults (18+) across the UK, who are navigating a range of emotional, mental, and life challenges. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, stress or low self-esteem. Therapy offers a supportive environment to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.

Counselling with me offers a safe and confidential space to explore whatever is on your mind, at your own pace. Whether you're facing relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, or any other challenges, I’m here to listen and support you. You don’t need to have everything figured out, whatever is on your mind is worth exploring.

In our sessions, I use a blend of flexible approaches tailored to your individual needs. Together, we can look at how past experiences may influence your present emotions, thoughts, and relationships, while also working on addressing what’s happening right now. My role is not to tell you what to do but to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of the emotions and thoughts that may be holding you back, and empowering you to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

There’s no rush or pressure to follow a set path, it’s all about your unique journey. We’ll work at your pace, and I’ll be here to support you, whether you’re looking to make small adjustments or work through deeper, more complex challenges.

I know from personal experience how challenging it can feel to make sense of everything. You don’t have to navigate this alone. My goal is to support you to create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to yourself and the people around you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
