About me

Hello

I am currently offering online counselling.

I am an adult counsellor. 18+

I have a particular interest in Autism and ADHD, having worked in an education setting for the last 15 years with neurodiverse children and young people. Including further training.

I want to listen and hear about what’s going on for you, give you time to process and reflect what is going on for you, for you to be able to work out how to manage your emotions.

Working alongside you on your journey, by offering a warm, non-judgmental space, emphasising to empower you.

Life is confusing/overwhelming. Or you ‘should be happy’ but not scenario sound familiar?

Helping you to understand yourself, who you are not but who you want to be.

I have experience and theories to enable us to explore this together. It will be a journey of ups and downs, challenging if that’s what you need/want, and that’s where I can help support you in these times.

I have a genuine passion for listening and learning about people. And I know first hand how empowering counselling can be.

I currently volunteer counselling survivors of sexual assault/abuse, and domestic violence.
