I am an integrative psychotherapist, counsellor, clinical supervisor, trainer, trauma-informed practitioner, couples therapist, and writer, dedicated to supporting individuals and couples on their healing journey with empathy, warmth, and cultural sensitivity.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in human connection and tailored to each individual’s unique story. I work with a wide range of issues including grief, loss, trauma, identity, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression and addictions (but not limited to). Drawing from various psychological theories and modalities, such as person-centred, psychodynamic, existential, trauma-informed, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I create a flexible and responsive framework for each client.
I also offer specialised couples therapy, supporting partners to navigate communication challenges, emotional disconnection, and relational wounds in a safe, reflective space. My approach to couples work is integrative, emotionally attuned, and grounded in compassion and respect.
I am a fully qualified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) practitioner and Addiction specialist, enabling me to provide a deeper level of support.
I also offer Rewind Technique as part of my trauma-focused work with clients experiencing PTSD, phobias, and trauma-related symptoms.
I believe therapy is not just for those in crisis; it’s a powerful and transformative space for anyone seeking healing, self-awareness, and personal growth.
As your therapist, I will walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and move towards the life you want to live. If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I’m here to support you.
In addition to my private practice, I am the founder of INNATE Counselling and Psychotherapy, a warm, community-focused organisation offering counselling, accredited training, and mental health workshops.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation via video call. This is a chance for us to talk informally, explore what brings you to therapy, and see if we feel like the right match to work together. You’re welcome to ask any questions you may have about the process, and there’s no pressure to commit. It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning.
