I am Sana, a qualified supervisor offering online and in person supervision sessions.
I am trained in integrative counselling and have a robust knowledge of theoretical approaches. I am also a Trauma Informed Practitioner and offer Couples Counselling.
I am also a certified EMDR therapist and training in Addictions. As an integrative counsellor and supervisor, I create a safe, non-judgmental space that empowers both clients and supervisees.
Utilising the Hawkins and Shohet 7-eyed model of supervision, I collaborate with supervisees to enhance reflective, effective, and ethical practice.
With a strong foundation in psychological theories, I also teach counselling courses, write articles, and facilitate workshops and mental health support groups. My passion lies in raising awareness of mental health issues and promoting healing.
As the founder of INNATE Counselling and Psychotherapy, an approved CPCAB training centre, I offer the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (CSK-L2) and the Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies (CST-L3).
I am a registered Data Controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and am fully insured. My availability is Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, and I charge £70 per hour or £90 for a 1.5-hour session of supervision.
Student rates: £70 for 1.5 hour.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
