Individual counselling because every individual is unique.
I offer counselling for depression, anxiety, bereavement, relationship difficulties and much more. I have a number of years experience counselling both within the NHS and the private sector.
I offer a warm, safe environment for you to discuss your issues, whatever these may be. If in doubt, contact me and we can talk about whether or not my service is suitable for you, but rest assured, you will be given an empathic welcome whether or not you go on to book an appointment.
