About me

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years in the music business and in digital marketing. These roles involved pressure, long hours and constant change. I worked with a wide range of people and learned how stress, conflict and uncertainty affect real lives. This experience shapes the way I work today.

I help adults who want calm, steady support during difficult times. You might be dealing with anxiety, low mood, stress at work, relationship problems or grief. You might want someone who listens without judgement and helps you make sense of what is happening. I work simply and practically that fits real life.

My style is calm and straightforward. I listen closely and help you make sense of what you are facing. I do not rush the process. I also do not rely on jargon. My aim is to give you space to think, understand your situation and feel more confident about your next steps.

I retrained as a therapist because I wanted to work directly with people and offer support that makes a real difference. I completed my training later in life, which means I bring a mature and grounded approach to each session.

I work with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout and major life transitions. My practice is in Ormskirk but see clients from other areas (Aughton, Burscough, West Lancashire, Merseyside). I also have online clients from around the UK.
