About me

I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic counsellor using an integrative approach working from home in Bristol and Aylesbury.  I I know how hard it is to take those first few steps when looking for a counsellor, trying to decide which counsellor sounds like they will be right for you while not feeling judged or that your concerns are not worthy of talking about. Working together with you I can offer you a safe, confident space to explore your thoughts and feelings and talk through any issues you feel you need some support with. I believe it is important to feel listened to so you feel you are being heard. I can offer you this while relating to you on a human level with warmth and empathy. I work mainly with young adults and adult on a daily basis.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have experience with anxiety, depression, anger management, relationships and bereavement. I feel very passionate about helping people to make changes for the better in their lives, however small. My aim is to create a safe place for you to be heard and a place where you can be yourself. I will give you time to express yourself in the way you need to.

I am experienced in talking therapies using a humanistic approach which will be personal to your needs. I am a warm, caring person who will walk alongside you on your journey. Working together we will look at your views from your perspective, exploring your feelings and help you move forward. Your voice is important, my message to you is you will be heard.

I provide short and long term therapy depending on your individual needs and personal choice with no obligation for you to stay any longer than you feel necessary  or you can cope with.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.
