About me
I’m a trauma‑informed counsellor who believes deeply in the healing power of being met with warmth, steadiness and genuine human connection. My practice is a space where you don’t have to perform, minimise, or hold everything together. You can arrive exactly as you are, overwhelmed, hopeful, hurting, curious, and I will be here to listen.
I work relationally, which means I believe that our therapeutic relationship is at the heart of your healing journey. I dedicate myself to respecting your pace, boundaries, and direction you wish to go in. I am trained in integrative counselling which also allows me to tailor each session to you depending on what is needed at the time. I believe this allows clients to experience therapy in a truly meaningful way; one session you might need to be heard and given space to breathe, but in another session you may want something that gives different perspectives or to delve into something that requires more than a witness. Through all my work I pride myself in allowing clients to take the time they need to trust, breathe, sit and process their experiences however that looks.
Clients have come to me and felt anger, rage, loneliness, helplessness, shame, guilt, loss, grief, overwhelm, confusion, a sense of stuckness, loss of identity and so many more things, I meet each client with the same philosophy; we are all people searching for peace, happiness and contentment and sometimes our experiences-both past and present- can stop that, whatever it is, it is not what defines you and together we can work through it...
Together, we explore your experiences with compassion, curiosity and acceptance, making room for the emotions, memories and patterns that shape your story. I support people navigating trauma, identity, relationships, intimacy, self‑worth, and the desire for life to feel different.
If you’re looking for a therapist who can sit with you regardless of your past and present, who is warm, grounded, and able to sit and bare witness, I’d be honoured to meet you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
