About me
My name is Laura and I am a fully qualified person centred counsellor.
If you are reading this then I imagine you are struggling with your thoughts and feelings and looking for some support.
Life can be difficult and throw all kinds of things our way and sometimes we can find ourselves feeling lost not knowing how we can ever move forward.
The idea of counselling can seem scary but as someone who has had alot of struggles and received counselling, i understand the importance of talking and working through those feelings and having someone to fully listen to you without any judgement.
my aim is to provide that safe space for you to feel comfortable and able to explore those thoughts and feelings and to work through them at your own pace. As a person centred Counsellor I am here to support you and provide that empathetic environment to allow you to grow, the sessions are for you and are guided by you. This is your time to make positive changes and move forward with your life. I look forward to being part of your therapeutic journey.
I offer a free 15 minute phone call/video call so you can give me an overview of what has led you to counselling and this chat will also allow you to see if I will be a good fit for you in your counselling journey. This will also be an opportunity for me to answer any questions you may have.
