About me
Do you struggle with negative thoughts? Have obsessive compulsive behaviour ? Feel your childhood was an unpredictable environment?
Do you have trouble setting boundaries? Are you always feeling on edge or hypervigilant even disconnected?
I am passionate about helping adults heal from childhood trauma , neglect and relational trauma by working with you to rewrite internal narratives that are currently holding you back. I will help you to turn down the volume of the inner critic and shame and help you move forward to increase your self-worth and confidence.
If you are struggling with imposter syndrome, feeling lost, struggling to find your voice, have negative thoughts, are unsure about where you fit, I can help you reconnect with yourself by working together to unpack and process childhood/ adult trauma , low self esteem and work through difficult emotions.
I promote autonomy, and offer a space where you can speak freely without worry of judgement. Where you will be heard and accepted. A place where you matter.
If you feel like you are struggling or finding life or situations difficult I can help to release and relieve these emotions, help you to better understand them , to reframe them & bring a different perspective.
Perhaps you're unsure where to begin but know there's something you need to work through you just don't know where to start? I will work along side you to explore these thoughts and feelings. Together we can unpack those areas of life which have become difficult to face, helping you to move forward, make positive change and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions and ultimately who you are in this world.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
