About me

Mental health doesn't have to be scary! I want to take the fear out of mental health and first help you understand your own...what makes you tick and what's stopping you from ticking? When we understand how to manage our mental health, we can structure our lives to fulfill us in the long and short term.

Whatever you're struggling with right now, we will work to uncover that sense of self you might have lost.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist working from the Human Givens approach. This is a fast, effective approach with research showing more than 3 in 4 clients were symptom free or significantly recovered in an average of just 3.6 sessions.*

Most clients I work with see their desired outcomes in between 4-6 sessions. Some even see these results in as little as 1 or 2 sessions, however, some more complex cases may require more. I see clients on a session by session basis with the intention to help achieve your desired outcomes in as few sessions as possible, also equipping you with the knowledge and tools to facilitate long-term positive mental health.

I am a sports specialist with a background in Sport & Exercise Psychology (MSc in Sport & Exercise Psychology). I can help anyone in or outside of the sporting realm with injury recovery, PTSD and trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, and sleep difficulties. I offer therapy at my practice in Chester or online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
